I signed up for Trainual to help with our process documentation and employee onboarding. The onboarding workflows are quite good, and it's easy to create training modules. However, I found the search function within our own content could be a little more robust; sometimes it's hard to find specific documents quickly. Delivery, as in getting access to the platform, was immediate, of course. Customer service was responsive when I had a billing question. Overall, it's a valuable tool and has certainly improved how we manage information, but that search feature could use some tweaking to make it perfect.
